Last December, Warner Bros. revealed its Harry Potter mobile game promising that the users would all be able to experience the life of a Hogwarts student, going to classes and interacting with the well-known teachers in the magical school. And Jam City, the mobile publisher that is tasked with making the said game itself, has announced that “Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery” will be available to download on the 25th April. The game will also feature some of the very famous voices who are reprising their roles as professors of magic.
The actors from the Harry Potter films include Michael Gambon (Professor Dumbledore), Dame Maggie Smith (Professor McGonagall), Sally Mortemore (Madam Irma Pince), Warwick Davis (Professor Flitwick), Zoe Wanamaker (Madam Hooch) and Gemma Jones (Madam Pomfrey). However, there is, unfortunately, no word regarding the three younger main actors.
In Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery, the users will be able to create their own Hogwarts student in the game, learn magic, attend classes, form friendships, or create rivalries with the other students. There is even an “encounter system” where the decisions and actions of the users affect their quests, enabling the users to create their own wizard or witch legacy within the story arc.
