Poll Reveals that Joe Biden is More Popular than Oprah Winfrey and Other Democrat Candidates for 2020 US Election

A poll ahead of the US Election in 2020 has discovered that Joe Biden, the former vice president of the United States, is more popular compared to Oprah Winfrey and the other Democratic presidential candidates.

The survey was performed between 345 registered Democrats and was carried out by the RABA Research. It discovered that Biden was the leading candidate among voters with 26 percent support.

In the second place, Bernie Sanders. He received support from 21 percent of those who were polled.

Oprah Winfrey received 20 percent support, placing her in the third place ahead of Elizabeth Warren, the Massachusetts Senator.

Fifteen percent of those who were polled said that they were not sure at this point or that they would rather pick someone else.

Biden also received the highest favourability rating, at 76 percent positive, while Sanders and Winfrey both received 67 percent.

The RABA survey was performed online and was conducted between the 10th and the 11th of January and said to have a margin of error of five-percentage-point.

Speculations that Oprah Winfrey, a television personality, could run for the White House in 2020 began after she delivered a rousing speech during the Golden Globe awards, where she honoured women who have come forward with stories regarding sexual harassment in the wake of the scandal that has shaken Hollywood.

According to some sources that are close to the 63-year-old entrepreneur, Winfrey said that she was “actively considering” running for president.

A separate survey that was carried out by Rasmussen Reports discovered that Winfrey would easily beat Donald Trump in a presidential election.

The poll discovered that the TV personality would garner a 10-point lead over the current president if a vote were to be held today.
